Vermentino White Wine Vinegar
This wine vinegar, characterized by the delicately acidulous flavour of the full-bodied and aromatic white Vermentino of Sardegna grapes, has a very intense aroma of Mediterranean flora and citrus fruits.
SUGGESTED USES
Its delicate taste does not overpower the flavours of the dishes and makes it the ideal ingredient for marinating fish, summer vegetables and sauces, it is also an excellent condiment that pleasantly enriches seafood salads and fresh vegetables.

Vermentino of Sardegna white wine. Contains sulphites.
