San Giuliano L'Originale Unfiltered comes from the best olives harvested at the beginning of the oil season at an optimal stage of ripeness. Deliberately unfiltered, it keeps intact all the characteristics and nutrients of fresh olives, such as polyphenols and vitamin E, important natural antioxidants.

Cultivar: Bosana, Coratina, Ogliarola
Colour: It is characterized by a dense and opaque appearance typical of unfiltered oils, an intense yellow colour with green hues.
Aroma: Fruity aroma of ripe olives, with hints of tomato and pleasant herbaceous notes
Flavour: Medium intense and balanced tones of bitter and spicy
Suggested uses: suitable for dressing salads and preparing bruschetta, focaccia and sauces. Excellent on vegetable soups, for olive oil dips and with red meat.
