Mechanical harvesting directly from the tree, from late November to January. Cold pressing with granite millstones, extraction in a continuous cycle system.
Porto Conte is lighter in color and taste but it has the same high quality characteristics as San Giuliano extra virgin.
The extra virgin Porto Conte can be used for a great variety of recipes: seafood appetizers, pasta sauces, mixed fry, home-made pies and cookies.
