The pinneddu, ancient stone and reeds, linked to the farming culture of Sardinia, inspired the architects who created the country restaurant The Country Restaurant "Le Pinnette" within the San Giuliano Country Estate Podere Monte Sixeri.
The Pinnette's cuisine is based on high quality and genuine ingredients.
It is mainly based around the estate's own produce: from the vegetables to the pork, wild boar and sheep and lamb, the fresh pasta, cured meats, cheese spreads, seadas, right through to the dressings.
Of the latter, the San Giuliano extra-virgin olive oil produced by the Manca family since 1916 really stands out, and all its variants are available. |

The Manca family is famous for the production of great olive oils, but apart from the olive groves, the San Giuliano Country Estate - Residence in Alghero also boasts other typical produce, such as vineyards, wheat, vegetables and aromatic herbs.
There is also a sheep farm, from which milk is obtained for the production of cheeses and ricottas, and which also provides the estate Country Restaurant with lambs, pigs and wild boar. |

Around the Country Restaurant, a welcoming environment allows you to relax fully whilst entertaining children with the games available.
